Intricately carved door frames and doors open a world of comfort and relaxation. Each of our 11 suites and en suite bathrooms is carefully decorated with little touches brought to you directly from India and each with its own rich oriental color scheme. All bedrooms and suites are equipped with air conditioning units, but with the constant breeze from the ocean you will think twice whether you will really need to use them. The main palace boasts 11 spacious bedrooms and you will find 2 Oceanfront Cliffside suite just a few steps away from the oceanfront below (additional cost). Facing the ocean, with spectacular views and cool Caribbean breezes, you have 4 Royal suites (2 with private jacuzzis on the balcony) decked out with luxurious bedding on a plush king size bed. For our handicapped guests, we have a first level Deluxe suite especially designed for comfort and mobility as well as ramps throughout the property to provide access to all areas.
Although you may think twice about leaving the grounds of The Palace at Playa Grande, we do have the best of the Dominican Republic just beyond our front gate. The lavish estate is the only rental property that borders the infamous Playa Grande Campo de Golf, which is otherwise known as the 'Pebble Beach of the Caribbean'. A Robert Trent Jones, Sr. creation where 10 of the 18 holes are cliff's edge, 200 feet above the sparkling blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean, this course is every golfer's dream.
