Sea Horse Ranch is located on the sea, 2 miles east of the town of Sosua on the North Shore of the Dominican Republic. The Sea Horse Ranch is a complex of villas-all privately owned and only some available for vacation rental. The rental villas vary in size and amenities and many have private pools.
Villa # 76 is one Sea Horse Ranch's most elegant homes located just seconds away from the Beach Club area on lushly landscaped grounds. A circular driveway leads up to this stucco and red tiled roofed home.
Set in lush tropical gardens, the verdant plantings provide the ultimate in villa privacy.
High ceilings, spacious rooms, wicker and wooden furnishings and nicely tiled baths define this home. Large overstuffed furnishings in relaxing palettes and superb Caribbean art provide a refined Caribbean elegance to this home.
All three bedrooms are well designed for maximum comfort with air-conditioning, en-suite marble bathrooms and oversized showers as well as king size beds with fine Portuguese linens. The enormous master suite opens to a private terrace in the rear gardens. The two guest bedrooms feature ample open space and one has a private terrace poolside in the back garden as well. The large service quarters with full bath and shower can comfortably be used a fourth bedroom.
Outside, there is a spacious terrace with a large private swimming pool featuring a cascading waterfall.
The complex offers a lovely, small beach, tennis courts and stables. Each villa is staffed with daily maid and gardener and cooks may be hired for small additional fees.
